  • The ultimate personalised and custom designed experience including personalised Cocktail Consultation to develop your bespoke drinks, event bar set up, all garnishes, ice, glassware, waiter service and clear up!

  • All Bespoke Occasions need to be booked in advance prior to an initial phone call.

  • Over Ice currently covers the Surrey and Hampshire area, however we are happy to discuss events further outside this area.  Just tell us what you want and we will do the rest!

How do I serve Over Ice cocktails?

Simply chill, shake, pour over ice and garnish.

Each bottle is pre-mixed to bar-quality standards. No need for shakers, syrups, or spirits. Add fresh fruit, mint, or edible flowers to elevate the presentation.

How long do the cocktails last once opened?

Unopened, our cocktails last up to 6 months when stored in a cool, dark place.

Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within:

  • 7 days for cream or dairy-based cocktails
  • 14 days for fruit or spirit-based cocktails (like English Country Garden)
    Always shake gently before serving.

Do you offer event packages or custom orders?

Yes! We supply weddings, parties, corporate events, and private bars.

We can provide:

A little bit about us...

Born from a love of great cocktails and good parties, we started mixing drinks in our Clapham kitchen back in the 90s. After countless celebrations (including a vodka bar at our wedding!), friends convinced us to turn our passion into a business.


Over Ice was founded in Farnham in 2012 — created to offer people bar-quality cocktails at home, without the fuss. No bland, mass-produced drinks. Just open, pour over ice, garnish and enjoy.
